  • The wifi here is strong! Not only is coverage great all throughout the home, but wifi access extends all the way across the patio, grass, and even down to the dock.
  • Features like a large dedicated laundry room, massive pantry, and large open closet space in the great room make a huge difference in ease of entertaining.
  • The main level great room and the main level master bedroom have heated floors. An awesome feature for winter!
  • All bedrooms are master suites with attached full bathrooms! And all of the bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous.
  • The kayaks and paddle boards pictures are a part of the rental and can be used by guests, free of charge!
  • Small events may be permitted for an additional fee. Events must be approved in advance.
  • The owners are still putting the finishing touches on the home. Over the next few weeks, expect to see: updated photos with new art on the walls, clean white duvets on all the beds, and photos of an upper level loft space with a great remote-work space.

* Winter Advisory:  Deep Creek is a mountainous region that experiences more snowfall and ice than you may be used to. Many roads and driveways can be steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are advised in the winter months. *

Gym/ Pool Access: This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home s full occupancy.
