Where Should You Stay for the Big Day?

You’ve been invited to a wedding at the Red Barn Inn! Congrats!

When a couple books our inn for their wedding, they also rent out the entire Red Barn Inn and adjacent Stone House property, usually for immediate family or wedding party use. We regret to say that this means that there is not availability at the inn for wedding guests. But there are still some great options locally!

For hotels, we recommend checking out the Suites at Silver Tree or the Inn at Deep Creek, as the two closest options. Both are about five minutes away. If you are trying to save money, staying just outside of the Deep Creek Lake area will be the cheapest option for you. The town of Grantsville is about 20-30 minutes away.

Our favorite option for guest lodging is to stay at any of the rental homes of our sister company, Red Barn Vacations. These are beautiful, clean homes throughout the lake area– and many of them are very close to the inn! So grab a couple friends or family members to stay with you in the home. How does a post-wedding dip in the hot tub sound? Or an arrival fire pit with s’mores? All of that is possible in our homes! 

Please note all Red Barn Vacations homes will have a minimum night requirement. Non-summer weekends, expect a two night-minimum, unless it is a holiday weekend, then expect a three-night minimum.
